Solace Ink by Dr. Val DFY Creative (formerly Fabuless Creations/FabCreationsEarcandy) was started in 2014 as a hobby. As of today, she has shipped to 15 foreign countries and 48 U.S.

Licensed educator Dr. Vallen Cordon, CEO and designer, began making button earrings and earrings made with recycled cardboard in her spare time. She posted pics on her personal page and friends began expressing interest in purchasing them. After taking a 9 month hiatus in the Fall of 2014 to complete her doctoral dissertation, she resumed making jewelry in June 2015 and opened her online

shop on Etsy. She was featured as one of 15 Successful African American Entrepreneurs on Etsy by Small Business Trends in April 2016. states! Major things happened for Dr. Val in 2020! Another rebranding took place, where DFY Creative became known under the umbrella name, The DFYant Brand. In addition to having her earcandy worn by THE Tabitha Brown, Dr. Val collaborated with some amazing women in business! She also stated a new journey in the world of Permanent Makeup, becoming certified and licensed in permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing. The DFYant Brand now offers this service under the name “Dr. Val, The PMU Surgeon”, and a full menu of PMU services are now offered.

Y’all know me for brows but this is what I absolutely LOVE LOOVVVE doing!! I mean I love all of it but this is my fav! 🤗🤗🤗

This is a paramedical tattoo! The client had breast cancer and breast reconstruction 16 years ago but never got her areolas/nipple tattooed. I am soo honored to have been able to give her the last piece to complete her journey!
