Since there are so many of you here, I wanted to introduce myself beyond just being the "jewelry lady."

• From the Windy City to the Coast: I’m originally from the Chicago suburbs, but I traded the snow for sand 22 years ago when I moved here to Myrtle Beach. 🏖️
• Mom Life: I’m a proud mother of two amazing kids who keep life exciting.
• The Beach is My Happy Place: There is nothing like a long walk on the beach to clear the mind. 🐚
• A Sweet Side Hustle: Many don’t know I’ve actually run a home cookie business for 19 years! 🍪 It used to be a large operation, but these days I keep it small and personal, taking just a few orders at a time.

For months now, I’ve been dealing with a serious issue where my phone number has been flagged in Apple’s messaging system (iMessage/FaceTime). Because of this, messages are not reliably coming through or going out, and I often don’t even know when I’ve missed texts or when my messages haven’t been delivered. I rarely get notified of FaceTime calls.

I was told this happened because I send thank-you messages to customers and, even though I personalize them by changing the name, the number of similar messages sent within a short time triggered Apple’s spam filters.

I’ve been working with Apple Support for months, and unfortunately it still has not been resolved. I keep getting told it has been escalated, but there has been no real fix or clear timeline. I was even told it might never be unblocked, which has been really upsetting and stressful to hear.

This has affected my ability to respond to people and communicate normally, and it’s been exhausting trying to manage something I have no real control over.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this and actually gotten it resolved? I would really appreciate any advice or insight.
