Policies

Payments: All orders must be paid within 24 hours or your order will be canceled. If you need a set date to pay, please let us know! Partial payments are accepted, just know that your order will not be started unless it is paid in full. Partial payments are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your order. Please contact us for further details.

Shipping: Most orders will be ready to ship with in 5-7 business days (unless specified), please allow 2-3 business days for shipment after product is completed. You will receive confirmation that your order is complete and ready to ship.

After shipment is processed and your package has left USPS it is out of my hands. If the address you provided is wrong, you will need to contact USPS directly. Please double check your order before submitting.
