Please read before claiming in our live parties and albums:
INVOICING/PAYMENT
1. Our invoice cycle runs Saturday-Thursday night. All pieces PULLED during that cycle will be invoiced on Friday.
2. We invoice to your email only.
3. We invoice on Friday and payment is due by noon on Sunday. Only claim if you plan to pay. You will be unable to claim from my Lives or my Posts, and will be directed to
only my website at www.anchoredhopeaccessories.com, if you do not pay your invoice. LIVE FACEBOOK PARTIES
1. Our FB Lives are very positive, fun and uplifting! We hope you feel welcomed and have lots of fun.
2. We are very fair and will inform you as to limits on each piece. This gives all shoppers an opportunity to get as many of the different pieces as possible. ALBUM CLAIMS
1. Information on each album is posted on that album. In stock pieces will be invoiced on Friday.
2. New Releases-These pieces are "preclaims"-we ordered those pieces and they will arrive from corporate. We pull those when they arrive and invoice on the Friday of their ARRIVAL. We don't invoice those (or count them towards your invoice) until we physically have them in hand. Shipping times from corporate can vary and can take up to several weeks. SHIPPING
1. Please be sure that you have entered the correct mailing address when you pay to avoid any shipping delays.
2. We ship on Mondays unless the post office is closed. In that case, packages are shipped the next business day.
3. $4.75 flat rate shipping. RETURN POLICY
1. If you receive a piece that is damaged/broken, please send a private message to Anchored Hope Accessories with Christina as soon as you receive the piece.
2. Send us a picture of the piece.
3. Most times, a piece can be easily fixed. We will handle situations on a case-by-case basis.
