For generations, Crocker's Jewelers has been a trusted name in fine jewelry, engagement rings, custom design, and jewelry repair. Known for exceptional customer service, quality craftsmanship, and lasting relationships, we're growing our team and looking for someone who wants more than just a job.

We're seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Jewelry Professional who enjoys working with people and is excited to learn every aspect of the jewelry business.

💰 Compensation
Potential earnings of $40,000–$65,000+ annually (base pay plus commission), based on experience, performance, and growth within the role.

This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build a long-term career with one of the area's most respected family-owned jewelers.

✨ What You'll Do
• Guide customers through important jewelry purchases with confidence and care
• Assist clients with jewelry repair intake, tracking, and pickup
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Learn about diamonds, gemstones, watches, jewelry repair, and custom design
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional showroom environment
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, pricing, and daily store operations
• Support store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Work closely with a team dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction

✨ What We're Looking For
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Retail, sales, customer service, or jewelry experience is helpful but not required
• Passion for helping people celebrate life's special moments
