Howdy everyone,

The temperatures are supposed to be at about 100 this weekend with the heat index around 105 +. This just seems too dangerous to be out playing in the direct sun even if we dress for hot weather. It sucks, but It just seems like the correct thing to do is cancel the shoot. Stay home and stay cool and be safe.

Hey everyone, I forgot about Facebook, tomorrows match is cancelled. They are calling for rain and I had to leave town unexpectedly. If it wasn’t for the rain I was coming back to set things up.

I am planning to shoot this coming Sunday the 27th. I've seen various forecasts talking about rain but it appears the chance is low and if it comes it will be in the later afternoon, if this changes I'll let you know Saturday afternoon or evening. So let's plan on shooting!

I will be setting up the range on Saturday afternoon. If you're in the neighborhood around 4:00 and want to drive the tractor and pull target carts around let me know.

I haven't been able to update or change our website for over a
year. Our web master retired and doesn't have access to maintain the site anymore. I don't have $1,500.00 give or take to have someone build another one and just haven't tried setting down and trying to build one myself. If you want a T-Town registration form let me know and I'll get you one if you haven't already received an email with one attached.

Dawn hadn’t arrived yet and kissed the morning sky, but the ole’ cowboy was already up and in the barn. His mule was loaded for the trail, he had extra grub, coffee, beans, hardtack, and smoked bacon packed as well as a bedroll and some oats for the animals.

After making sure his saddle was cinched tight as well as the mule’s packs, he mounted his saddle and started riding east. When the sun decided to kiss the morning sky and light up the trail, he saw it. There in the sky, hidden by the darkness, was a bigger problem than a gunfight.

The storm spread far and wide and threatened both man and beast. He’d tried ridin’ through storms like this before and seen good men die when the creeks flooded without warning, and animals get spooked and start running wild.

Knowing what lie ahead, he stopped considered his choices and turned and headed back for the bunk house. The gunfight he was headed to would have to wait.

I hate decisions like this, but this weekend's match is cancelled. The forecast is doom and gloom all weekend every hour all day each day.

No matter how many times I check the weather it either doesn't change or gets a bit worse. Some sites are now at near 80% chance of rain for Sunday. Having stated the obvious, I'll say it this way, we are not shooting this weekend.

Howdy,

We are shooting this coming Sunday the 25th. The gate will be open at 0730, and safety at 0930. The weather looks good.

I sent out an email earlier this week but apparently everyone with a cox email didn’t get it. I’ve changed my groups and I think the emails went to you this evening. We’ll find out.

Sorry I'm late, but we are shooting this Sunday. The gate will be open about 0730 and the safety meeting starts at 0930.

This is election month so if you would like to take over a position or nominate someone be sure to come out and make your preference known.
