All of our fine jewelry is inspected prior to shipment. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection. Most of our loose diamonds will come with a diamond certificate. A diamond certificate is also known as a diamond report and is issued by an accredited independent gemological laboratory. Our certificates usually come from grading laboratories such as GIA, AGS, EGL, and IGI. Diamond certificates include other information such as polish, symmetry, weight, cut, fluorescence, overall quality and a graphical depiction of the diamond showing the location of any inclusions.
