This is the only picture I grabbed that had anything to do with yesterday’s canning class - snapped at 6am. Bacon jalapeño b**r bread.

We demystified the canner and prepped and processed carrots. We also chopped our way through a dozen pints of tomato-less corn salsa and gave them a nice jacuzzi in the waterbath.

This was the last class until after the holidays. What else would you like to see when we get back to regularly scheduled programming?

I am super excited to once again join the Hilltop Holiday crew! Kick off the holiday season with me October 24th from 10-4 at the Hilltop Ski Area chalet at 7015 Abbott Rd. I will have an assortment of handmade treats - edible and otherwise! See you soon. Let it snow, yo!

This batch of bling is winging its way to Hollywood. There’s a new show in the pipeline…I can’t wait to tell you about it! But in the meantime we can enjoy these simple beauties. 😍😍

That’s a wrap, Fairbanks!! Thank you! You showed UP! Cori and I are already excited to come back next year. In the meantime, we are un-w**e-ding (get it? I know. I make myself cringe, too) with some amazing Moldovian w**e and eats at Soba. Noroc!

Today is the last day to shop the Fairbanks Fiber Festival for 2026! We are kicking it at Alaskaland from 10-5 today. Lots of goodies have already gone to new homes, but SO much fabulocity left! And this pic? AirBnb decor of course. It’s Alaska, baby!

Fairbanks, Alaska! I am in you! Lillith Moon and I arrived today after 6 gorgeous hours in the truck. The scenery and frost heaves never fail to take my breath away. We are so jazzed for the Fiber Festival this weekend. Will we see you??
