My name is Jesse & I work in wildlife biology, am an avid rock-hounder, and constant crafter. I live full time in an RV right now as I travel from around working seasonal positions. Currently, I am living outside of Reno, Nevada but have also lived in Oregon, California, Pennsylvania, New York, and Wisconsin! My nomadic lifestyle and work allows me to travel all over the US, exploring the states &
studying lots of different creatures! I spend almost all of my time in the great outdoors, where I pull inspiration for my jewelry. I have collected a variety of gems and stones while rockhounding in the places I have lived and worked & recently began turning them into pieces of jewelry - so they are truly hand picked, polished, and crafted! I fall so in love with every single bead/stone that I use and am genuinely excited about making the perfect piece of jewelry out of each one. In addition to natural stones, I love using mixed metals, leather, suede, and glass beads. I enjoy earth tones, turquoise (okay, I REALLY love turquoise), and reds. I love supporting other small businesses so all stones not personally collected by me, plus all other beads and materials, are always purchased from other small shops! Please let me know if you have any questions - I am more than happy to customize/tweak any design you may have your eye on. Happy shopping!
- Jess
