To Our McKenzie’s Customers,
We want to take a moment to sincerely apologize for a recent incident in our store. The behavior that was displayed does not reflect our values or the way we believe anyone in our community should be treated. Every customer and every staff member deserves dignity, respect, and fairness, without exception.
McKenzie’s has been family-owned and part of this community since 1990. We would not be here without your support, and we do not take that trust for granted. We are taking immediate steps to address this issue, including reinforcing training and accountability measures to ensure that situations like this never happen again.
