Five stars for Don at The Jewelry Doctor in Vienna. He was kind, professional, and communicative from start to finish, and the turnaround was impressively fast as I was in a time crunch due to travel. One small note: I brought my chain in to have the D-ring soldered onto the chain, but when he walked me through the work using their magnification machine, I could see the attachment had been done but the soldering hadn't. I think it was a small miscommunication on what I needed. What impressed me, though, was how Don handled it. No defensiveness, no runaround. He fixed it on the spot, right then and there, so I didn't have to make a second trip. That transparency and willingness to make it right is exactly why I'd recommend The Jewelry Doctor. Their magnification machine alone is worth mentioning because it shows they have nothing to hide when they present the completed work. I will definitely return for any future repair needs.
