As you all know my mother died at age 103 years in November. She had been taken to lawyers multiple times from the age of 96 to almost 103 for will changes by my brothers. She couldn’t hear and could no longer see clearly. By the time of her death they had been willed everything, the farm, house, machinery, vehicles, household goods while the daughters were left out of everything. Per her will she had multiple accounts (5) that she left transfer on death to others. While mother was in the hospital they used their power of attorney to drain their sisters’ accounts and place into Owen’s. $17,000 was taken from the one designated for me. They didn’t drain accounts for their family members, only their sisters. I feel there must be a special judgement for those that pretend to be Christians and steal from others. I was offered a deal to accept $11,000 less than the stolen amount. No deal. Seems crazy that they have the million dollar farm and still it is not enough. I received the account information when the account was transferred to me. The account is now closed.
