Madison Jewelers A family owned and locally operated business that specializes in jewelry sales, repair and previously-owned Rolex.

Madison Jewelers, a locally family owned and operated business, has served the Hampton Roads community for more than 30 years. What began as an at-home business at first, owner Phil Ralph, felt as though his patrons deserved a private atmosphere, therefore opening the store front location in 2005. The store is named after his eldest daughter, Madison, who has since become the stores’ Chief Operating Officer. What originally started as a jewelry repair shop, blossomed into a full retain business with a variety of services and merchandise.

Some watches tell time. This one tells a story. ❤️⌚️🇺🇸

A customer came to us wanting to find a sentimental timepiece for his son, who will retire from the U.S. Navy in July 2028. He chose a Rolex Red Line Sea-Dweller, and we began the search.

We found three options, including a 2021 model — and that year made all the difference.

While deployed in 2021, his son came very close to losing his life. Their prayers were answered, and he made it home. ❤️
When they saw the 2021 Sea-Dweller, they knew it was the one. A watch representing not only his service and upcoming retirement, but a year they will forever be grateful he survived.

They came into the store to surprise him with the watch early, and being a small part of that moment was truly an honor.

Some gifts mark a milestone. Others carry a lifetime of meaning. 🇺🇸
