Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001.

We remember the lives that were lost, the families forever changed, and the countless acts of courage and selflessness witnessed that day.

We will never forget the people who went to work that morning, the passengers who never made it home, and all those who were simply living their lives when an unimaginable tragedy unfolded.

And we will always be grateful for the firefighters, police officers, paramedics, emergency workers, and ordinary people who ran toward the danger while others were running away.

Their courage, sacrifice, and service will never be forgotten.
