The faux opal necklace wasn’t ever meant to be seen.

It started as a little experiment, something I made just for myself, just for fun. I fell in love with how it turned out, but the perfectionist in me convinced me it wasn’t quite “ready” at the level I hold for what I put out into the world.

So it stayed quietly mine, until a photoshoot changed everything.

The model noticed it immediately. She didn’t see flaws—she just loved it! So much so, she commissioned not only the necklace, but a pair of earrings to match!

That moment shifted something for me.

It reminded me that beauty doesn’t live in perfection; it lives in a feeling, in uniqueness, in the things that aren’t perfectly precise.

This piece is a reminder to myself (and maybe to you too): sometimes the things we almost keep hidden are the ones worth sharing the most. 🤍✨
