Using the 5 Reiki principles to release worries and anxiety.
To feel gratitude of what we have

By tapping into our hearts and letting go of anger for things that we cannot control.

On this New Moon in Ta**us
I want you to slow down
Take a few deep breaths
And repeat these 5 simple phrases
Over and over again

Let them sink deep into your being
We are love
We are energy

Dear Mother Earth
I am really grateful for your beauty
Your support
Your graceful energy
✨
On this day of Earth celebration
And New Moon
Let’s plant a new seed
A seed of Light
A seed of Compassion
A seed of Wholeness
A seed of Oneness
✨
Plant your seed today
For a more peaceful tomorrow
✨
Plant your seed today
In your mind
In your heart
In your garden
In your temple
💖
No matter how or what you do
What’s matter is the intention
