Broken watch crystal? We have you covered!

This watch was brought into us after the customer attempted to glue the crystal back on themselves. We weren't sure if we could repair the damage, but as you can see in the after picture we were able to clean up the Crystal and get the glue off the glass, case and the band.

Fortunately, we were able to repair the damage, it would have not been a difficult repair for us to do correctly had it been brought to us before this was done to the watch. Please let us repair your items correctly and professionally.

Here is an example of damage that can result from unqualified persons working on your watch. A customer took this very expensive 14K Gold and diamond Bulova watch to a jewelry store that offers "discount watch batteries" expecting to save a few dollars on a battery replacement. Instead they noticed afterward the watch was not running at all. After bringing the watch to us, we disassembled it and discovered major damage had been done by the jewelry store that worked on it. In the pictures you can see one of the "dial feet" is "mushroomed" and bent over, they should both look like the one on the right, a straight post. The dial feet hold the dial/face in place. This is something that is very difficult and costly to repair and should never happen during a simple battery change. Thankfully we were able to repair the damage in this particular case.
