August 18, 2007 — the journey began.
What started as a creative passion grew into 19 years of imagination, craftsmanship, resilience, faith, entrepreneurship, and wearable art. From creating pieces as a young girl to building Zenobia By Janelle into a brand, this journey has been so much bigger than jewelry.
This year, I wanted to do something different. ❤️
I sat down with my family and asked them to share their POV — what they’ve witnessed, what they remember, how they’ve seen me evolve as a creative, and what it has been like watching me build a business from my passion.
Because sometimes, we’re so busy building the dream that we don’t stop to recognize the people who have been watching, supporting, encouraging, challenging, and believing in us along the way.
Their perspective reminded me that this journey isn’t just about the jewelry I create. It’s about the woman I’ve become while creating it.
