We first released an aventurine glass dial watch in 2019 - well before this dial type was popular. Since then, we’ve released an aventurine glass dial with every model and it’s sold out each time without fail

The dial layout of the Temporis Sauterelle is even more suited to aventurine - the empty space in the dial allows the sparkle in the glass to really shine through

Temporis Sauterelle Malachite 🟩

One of my favorite traits of stone dials is the variability, especially on stones that feature linear striations. These lines in the stone shift with the light, making the dial look different every time you glance at the watch. In fact, all three photos are the same watch, just different lighting.

Malachite specifically has been used in jewelry for centuries. No two slice is the same, making every dial different from the last.

Our first-ever watch has returned: Allow me to reintroduce you to the Lesablier AVQ ⌚️✈️

Lesablier began operations in 2017 with the Aviateur VQ - or AVQ for short. Those of you who know me personally know I’m a huge aviation enthusiast. As such, I wanted our initial release to tie into my passion for planes and aerospace
-
And so, both Lesablier and the AVQ were born. AVQ is a pure-24 hour watch, showing the time exclusively in 24-hour format. Designed with utility and legibility in mind , this was built as a modern tool watch inspired by the Flieger-style pieces of the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.

While it may look different than what we have recently released, the idea is the same: a vintage concept reincarnated with modern technology and watchmaking savoir-faire.

The AVQ left our catalog a few years ago, but we have decided to bring it back with the opening of our new boutique. It’s only fitting that our first step into the retail space brings back the watch that started it all.
