3 years LOC’D IN… and feeling beautiful, sexy, and more versatile than EVER! 🔥👑🤎

This journey has taught me patience—through every stage, every retwist, and every “what are we doing today?” hair moment. 😂 I’ve learned to trust the process, embrace the changes, and let growth happen in its own time. 🌱

From no hangtime and shrinkage to letting my locs flow, every look feels like ME. The confidence? Growing right along with these roots! 💁🏾‍♀️✨

Happy 3-Year Loc Anniversary to me! 🥂 Here’s to healthy locs, endless styles, and loving the woman I see in the mirror. 🤎

THIS IS YOUR MONDAY MORNING REMINDER THAT YOU CAN HANDLE ANYTHING THIS WEEK THROWS AT YOU‼️ 🩷

🩷🦋 4 WEEKS POST-OP: BYE BYE UTERUS, HELLO NEW ME!** 😂🙌🏽

BABYYYY, WE MADE IT TO WEEK 4! 🎉 First, I thank GOD for how smoothly my hysterectomy recovery has been going! 🙏🏽 From having a GREAT appetite (because I haven’t missed a meal 😂), walking short distances, and FINALLY driving again last week! 🚗💨 Every milestone is a WIN!

🛍️ **MY POST-OP MUST-HAVES!**

💕 **Nightgowns & Pajama Sets** – Comfort over EVERYTHING!

🧦 **Uterus Compression Socks** – Cute and functional!

💕 **Belly Binder & Fajas** – My binder has been holding me DOWN since DAY 2! 😂 Just started wearing fajas this week!

🧊 **Ice Packs** – Much-needed relief!

🔥 **Electric Heating Pad** – My comfort essential!

🍽️ **Bed Food Tray** – Because RESTING means RESTING! 😂

🛏️ **THE BIGGEST STRUGGLE?!**

NOT BEING ABLE TO SLEEP ON MY STOMACH!!! 😭😂 I’ve been sleeping with enough pillows to build a HOUSE! 🏠 The struggle has been REAL!

Thankfully, I’ve experienced minimal spotting and bleeding, and overall, my recovery has been a BLESSING! 🙌🏽💕

One thing I’ve learned is **FEELING GOOD DOESN’T MEAN YOU’RE FULLY HEALED!** I’m giving myself grace and allowing my body to recover at its own pace.

🦋 **3 FIBROIDS REMOVED + 1 CALCIFIED FIBROID & 1 UTERUS GONE. A WHOLE NEW CHAPTER UNLOCKED!** 🔓💕

✨ **FOLLOW MY JOURNEY** for more REAL, RAW & UNFILTERED recovery updates!
