Please support us!!

❤️ Bare with me, as I'm going to be completely transparent in this post ❤️

There is nothing I hate to see more than when a small business announces their closure and there are hundreds if not thousands of comments like "I've been meaning to come by", "I wish I would have known this was coming" or "I love this place, so sad to see you close". Support for a small business is not always shopping, it's sharing their page, telling your friends and neighbors, buying small gifts for birthdays and holidays or even buying gift certificates.

It's no secret that we are in an extremely difficult economy. Small businesses are dropping like flies, most of them just a few sales away from making their rent.

I have been working 7 days a week for over 10 years and have not taken a salary in over a year. I've been working my butt off JUST to keep the doors open. Yet, I still donate to local charities, lower prices, run sales and use the best products, all at a high cost to me.

Take this post as your heads up, that if the support isn't there, I will have to close the doors.

I do appreciate all the love that I'm shown at Refinished Emporium, LLC. I'm shattered and heartbroken to even contemplate closing.

Phew! 3 full days!
Sourcing pieces is just the beginning!
Once I get it home, there’s the cleaning, deciding what’s gonna be what, the painting, adding transfers, distressing, sealing and gilding. It’s a process for sure.
This time I added something new! Air dry clay!! Took a little practice but I think they turned out pretty good!
What’s your fave piece?
Mine is the simple gilded nativity on wood block and the double tray with the squirrel. But honestly I’m proud of them all. I strive to put my best into every piece.

Ok my friends, I need your support and feedback!! Working on pieces for a Christmas craft fair (local church).
Please let me know which is your favorite piece. Feel free to leave me comments on each picture.
I’m going to be creating small Christmas trees and looking for suggestions as to themes.
Please like, comment and share!!
Thanks all!!
