Hi, I’m Lauren!
About eight years ago, I was diagnosed with several autoimmune conditions that seriously impacted my daily life—but I wasn’t about to just sit still. I needed something that felt empowering and creative, so I started making jewelry. What began as a personal outlet turned into a full-blown business, and I now run several shops—including my most-loved one on Etsy: Rugged Elements.

Rugged Elements is all about raw, minimal, surfer-boho crystal jewelry. I focus on showcasing the natural beauty of the stones—unpolished, a little wild, and deeply earthy. My pieces are simple enough to wear solo or layer up for that beachy, boho vibe. I also handcraft gemstone bracelets, though they’re tougher on my hands due to my autoimmune, so every one I make is extra special.

These days, I also work as a mental health coach, helping people build resilience and take control of their lives with a focus on Emetophobia —but my love for jewelry and my incredible community of customers will always have my heart. Thank you for being part of this journey.
