Payment methods and shipping policy:
Payment methods are Ath Movil or Zelle. 50% of the deposit is required upon ordering and a screenshot of payment is required ( NO screenshot of payment evidence, NO items/ merchandise made or shipped). When the goods are ready to ship you are notified and given 24 hours to pay the remaining amount owed, if the rest is not paid in 24 hours (with screenshot evidence again of payment) the customer loses the deposit (it is not returned or passed on to another debt / order). If you do not pay the remaining amount, the order is canceled and you will not be able to place an order again without the exception of people.
Once the shipping address is verified and the merchandise is dispatched, I am not responsible for the fact that you gave us an incorrect address or packages correctly dispatched and shipped. Once your orders have been delivered to the mail, I am NOT responsible for it. No refund or money is made under any circumstances and you (customer)
