I show up at this guys house to do some work and he brings me to his mudroom and says he wants bead board, benches and 13x13 cubbies with crown. Ok sure, where's the plans? Oh there is none, just do whatever you want he says. Alrighty then.

Added 2 new walls, installed a pocket door and and a cased opening on one and some nice trim on the other.
