I finished up my second upcycled sweatshirt project and I’m thrilled with the results! It has a Lily theme for my daughter with a pink Lily on the front and pink Lily of the Valley on the back. The sweatshirt itself is from the Old Navy men’s dept but the appliqués are all upcycled sweatshirts from the thrift store. If you’re looking for a fun and fairly easy craft, I highly recommend checking out embroidery. This only cost me about $20 but it was definitely at least 15 hours of stitching time! And the best part is that Lily loves it! I can’t wait to get started on my next project — a whale shark on a blue sweatshirt for Sophia!
