For the Love of Feldspar: Some newer pieces from my bench, featuring a family of gemstones known for their metaphysical properties that inspire creativity, self awareness, and self esteem (Moonstone & Labradorite are my faves).
As some of you know, I also own and operate The Book Teller, a brick and mortar bookshop and local artisan-crafted gift gallery. It's been a wild ride, with the ups and downs of Covid and the many fears, challenges, and roadblocks (in all their manifestations) to work through. Feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained, I fell into a creative slump. So it only felt natural to work with feldspar and drop a line of pieces featuring them. I'm grateful to say that I'm on my way, back at the bench with new ideas, new opportunities, and a fresh outlook.
I'd love it if you dropped in to see the feldspar in person (getting a way better photo system soon!) and the many more beautiful handcrafted pieces - all by local artisans - at The Book Teller in Whitewater.
