This was carefully turned from a Banksia pod, only grows in Southern Australia. My wife found it at a store in Texas and brought it home and told me to make something out of it. Hmmm, a lamp sounds good. I turned it down to size, drilled out the center so I could put LED lights inside (you can't see those in the picture), and then a regular lamp on the top. She told me I was not allowed to sell this one.🤣
