After I receive it back I will refund your money to your PayPal account. I do not refund shipping charges. You pay for the return shipping charges. I like happy customers and I want to keep you happy. Feedback
After you leave me feedback I will give you feedback in return usually within a couple of days. I want you to be happy with your purchase and a happy customer is my goal. I see no reason for anyone to leave a negative or neutral feedback when there is always a way to work out problems. I always send my contact information with my items so that I can be contacted if needed. Items leave my office within 2-4 business days after cleared payment has been received, sometimes sooner. I pack then securely and once they leave my hands I have no control over it. I have noticed that I am receiving low feedback for items, if you have any concerns please lets work it out before leaving low feedback.
