Ember Williamsburg has been open for about 6 months, but somehow Williamsburg Jewelers has just made the time to visit…we should’ve made it a priority to be here months ago!

From the start we were impressed the vibe and atmosphere - dim lights, warm, inviting, comfortable.

Staff was attentive, happy, conversational, courteous. Ask for Jenny for a great service experience (tell her Williamsburg Jewelers sent you!).

Now…the food…

We started with Katsu Calamari. I promise that you’ve never had better calamari in your life. I’ve never had anything like this. It was large pieces of the most tender and flavorful calamari I’ve ever eaten (and I consider myself a bit of a calamari snob). 

Now on to the main dishes…Scallops with Risotto for Tina and a Filet with Scallops for me. A top meal in Williamsburg, for sure! Absolutely mouth-watering!

Then…my favorite part…DESSERT!! A delicious Crème Brûlée with a light citrus flavor and a Strawberry/Peanut Butter Bread Pudding - both spectacular! I think I loved the bread pudding the most because the peanut butter was noticeable but not overpowering.

Oops…almost forgot about the drinks. A Shiso Mule and an Eye of the Dragon…I don’t think I ever want to leave!

Some love stories just feel extra special- and this couple’s is one we’ll never forget. 💙💍

Alena had the honor of working closely with this wonderful couple to custom design the engagement rings of their dreams. Although they call New York home, it meant so much to them to work with Williamsburg Jewelers, and that alone speaks volumes about the kind of connection this journey became.

As the design process unfolded, it became clear just how much love & excitement they shared. Every step- from initial ideas to the final designs- was filled with genuine joy, making it such a special journey to be part of.

Seeing their proposal photos afterward was the sweetest full-circle moment. And knowing we were a small part of that memory is something we’ll always cherish.

Thank you for trusting us, for including us, and for allowing us to be part of your love story. 💍✨

Working remotely today and in need of some delicious caffeine and chocolatey fuel…so I stopped in to Anonymous Coffee for an energizing Iced Americano and a mouth-watering NUTELLA Banana Bread Muffin from MiA'S Bakery (located INSIDE Anonymous Coffee for amazing convenience)!

It’s no wonder these two businesses are thriving - wonderful staff, perfect atmosphere/vibe, delicious treats and coffees/teas…local GEMS, for sure!
