Why do we do this Blood Drive? We do this in Memory of Kim Ewing Rhodes. Kim dealt with health issues for many, many years so when sneaky cancer took hold of her, she fought like she always had. Unfortunately, it was too big of a beast to beat. A blood transfusion did buy her a little time to see her son, and we held our first blood drive before she passed.
I promised her that we would keep this tradition alive each year hence why we are here for our 4th Annual Blood Drive! Doing good in the community was so important to Kim… So please consider signing up and help us save lives!
