Just needed a break. Back with mama and my babies. For Mabon (Autumnal equinox) sometimes the best thing to do to get away from your own stuff is to help organize someone else’s lol. I actually love stuff. You can learn so much from your own and others. I have always been curious about boxes, drawers, closets, and general storage. I have noticed people like me who battle with neurodivergence, mental illness, chronic illness, burnout, grief… things just pile up and become so overwhelming that you can’t catch up. I noticed with myself if I pace myself, place things closer to where they should be, set up areas where I can work and rest, and stage work stations in each room I can manage my energy better. But for those with kids, animals, who work, students, single parents, caretakers and caregivers even that is too much. Sometimes in the chaos, the white noise, the static we all need a little help. And I am working on a way to offer that. I have noticed if an unbiased non judgmental person comes in and just helps it can reduce the pressure enough to lift the pressure. Puppy Prewash, salvaging apples and yes I keep the biodegradable boxes for my compost bin. Tray freezing even with a pectin solution (prevents browning) still work’s especially in oatmeal when it doesn’t have to be pretty Not the prettiest compost but it keeps the 🐝, butterflies 🦋 and birds happy especially the pair of hummingbirds. I have three bins that my Jack o lanterns go into each year. And coffee grounds. So far i just offer it to my neighbor in trade for tree maintenance but eventually i hope to garden with it. New agricultural year coming up…🍁🍁🍁Nae La Fae LLC

Kitchen witch series. Sausage and peppers! With all the scary food s**t going. This was all local. Hot Italian and garlic sausage. Farmers market bell peppers. And farmers markets sweet peppers that were tray frozen. Eating local in season has been amazing for my health. So has learning how to process in bulk and freeze when the funds will allow.
