As we celebrate 40 years of Windsor Jewelers, we are especially grateful for the fathers who have shaped not only our families, but also our business.

Forty years ago, Rob Simon founded Windsor Jewelers with a vision, a passion for exceptional craftsmanship, and a commitment to serving the Carolinas with excellence. Today, that legacy continues with his son, Ben Simon, helping lead the next chapter of Windsor.

For Ben, Windsor has grown alongside him. Founded the same year he was born, the business has been a part of his life from the very beginning—making this milestone anniversary even more meaningful.

Over the past four decades, Windsor has been honored to celebrate life’s most important moments with generations of families—from graduations and engagements to anniversaries and milestones passed from father to son, mother to daughter, and beyond.

As an Official Retailer with a ROLEX Service Centre, our watchmakers are trained according to strict criteria to ensure that every type of servicing operation for a Rolex watch meets the brand’s exacting standards of excellence.

During a Rolex service, the watch is completely dismantled and ultrasonically cleaned. Each individual component that no longer meets Rolex’s specifications is replaced. The movement is carefully lubricated, then electronically tested to guarantee its timing accuracy; the case and the metal bracelet are refinished to restore their lustre. Finally, the watch undergoes a series of rigorous technical tests and checks to guarantee its waterproofness, power reserve and precision.
