I get asked all the time, “Do copper and magnetic bracelets really work?”

The truth is, experiences vary from person to person, and there’s no clear scientific consensus that they relieve arthritis or inflammation. But I always think of one customer when I'm asked.

He worked for UPS, spending long days lifting, carrying, and using his hands and wrists nonstop. He bought a bracelet to wear on one wrist. About two weeks later, he came back and bought a second one for the other wrist.

I asked if he liked the first one, and his answer was simple: if he was going to wear one on one wrist, he wanted one on the other too.

Whether you wear a copper or magnetic bracelet because you enjoy the look, appreciate the tradition behind it, or have your own personal reasons, it’s always interesting to hear the stories people share.
