Healing the nervous system is key when fighting many physical, emotional spiritual, as well as pain issues. The nervous system is wired into your fighter fight system, and this is where anxiety comes from so it’s important to ground yourself and to regulate your nervous system so that you can feel more secure and who you are and safer in your energy to show up in BU a lot of the starts with healing the part of us. It’s often neglected, and that is the inner child.
