that reserves your item. First come first served- Once the piece has been pulled, it is your piece to pay for we will not go back and check your bin to see what you have in your bin. You will be billed for your items on your next billing cycle. We invoice on Wednesday’s and invoices need to be paid before 5pm CST on Friday. (NOTE: if you are claiming from the New Releases Album, those are pulled/invoiced when they ARRIVE-not when you claim.) Everything we sell is $5, except for the Zi Signature line which is $25.) Our live schedule is Sunday’s from 1-5 pm CST (These are summer hours and will change once Fall arrives) We do tend to have a few pop up shows and or flash sales during the week. And we do post those on our business page. New releases are posted everyday in the “New Release” album around 2:30 CST. They are available to pre-claim and as stated above will not be invoiced until they arrive. We post a lot of pieces on the website, if the piece is in stock it will be placed in your bin and invoiced on the next invoice date. If you use a different name other than your Facebook name, please message the page to let us know. We do not take claims from business pages. NO PASSING ON ITEMS ONCE CLAIMED! Once an item is filled, it is your responsibility to pay for it. For albums, if you no longer need an item, please delete your comment, or reply with “do not fill” BEFORE we fill your claim. Just so you are aware, Michelle and I live in two different locations. Michelle handles the lives and ordering and shipping, I (Tonja) handle the business page and invoicing). Michelle is a fulltime daycare provider so if you have any questions or concerns during the daytime hours, you can certainly reach out to me as I’m available, Michelle may be “unavailable” caring for children. If she is available, however she will answer. We will “LIKE” your comment to let you know if you have successfully gotten the piece in your bin once it arrives. Comments with no “LIKES” means no piece was filled. PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF YOUR CLAIMS! We don’t take pictures or count items once the week is closed. Invoices are sent via Square, which you can pay with Pay Pal, any major credit card, and debit card. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. We also just began to take AfterPay. Just a disclaimer: If you chose to use AfterPay, if you incur any issues with the service, you must reach out to Afterpay to resolve the issue. And if you do want to use it, please inform me before I do your invoice (By Sunday). We invoice on Wednesday’s, with a due date of Friday by 5pm CST. Any unpaid orders will be cancelled, and all non-payers will be blocked from our page, unless you have made arrangements with us. Shipping is a flat rate of 5.00
Make sure that your form of payment has your current address on it because it could delay your package or possibly cause it to become lost. Please inspect your items the day you receive them and send us a private message if there is anything wrong with your order. We allow 3 days from when your order was delivered for damaged items. And you MUST provide a photo of the item. Zi Pieces- If the item is damaged in transit, we will request that the item is returned for us to process the refund.
