With a hinged lid and decorated with enamel paint and an applied plaque at the center of the lid done in geometric light blue, white & black enamel. An 18ct gold Victorian five stone diamond ring set with a total of 0,65ct old cut diamonds. The setting is very nicely carved on both sides, and in really excellent condition, with all the stones securely set. The diamonds are of good quality, fine white stones, and only one of the stones has some very, very slight inclusions that are only visible under careful magnification. Price: R39 750.

A silver ring showing the eye of Horus, flanked by an Ankh symbol on each side. At the center the ring is 13mm wide (excluding the raised piece above the eye, which adds 3mm to the total width), tapering down to 9mm. The base of the ring is open to allow for bending it open/closed to adjust for finger size, and it has two Egyptian silver marks on the inside. Price to follow.

Two silver rings:
On the left, a silver ring consisting of two bands, an inner ring 9mm wide, the outer ring 5mm, with s-scrolls right around, which rotates around the wider band inside. Price: R490
The second ring is set with an oval 23 x 10mm rhodochrosite, which has bands of lighter & slightly darker shades of red in the stone. Price: R1650.

A pair of really beautiful Victorian serving spoons, each with a scalloped shell shaped bowl, on straight round handles, with engraving on the handles as well as on the ball shaped terminals. They come together with their original fitted blue velvet & silk lined presentation case, with the case as well as the spoons in perfect original condition. Made and marked by the manufacturers Martin Hall & Co of Sheffield, and the marks are for the period 1860 - 1896. On the inside of the lid is the original retailers name, W. McGregor, Watchmaker & Jeweller, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh. The spoons are 230mm long. Price: R2 950.

In the first image, a matching pair of silver plated wine coasters with wooden bases. The sides decorated with a fretwork cut out pattern & engraved decoration. In the second image, a closely matching single coaster, with slightly different fretwork sides & also with engraved decoration. All three coasters edged with a gadrooned rim & the silver plating on them all are in good condition. Diameter of all three: 138mm, height of all of them: 139mm.

A Jager le Coultre Memovox Automatic, in an all stainless steel case. An iconic wristwatch from c.1970. The watch is in full working condition, keeping time accurately and all functions working as they should. The dial is in good condition, with some age related, quite acceptible spotting on the inner portion of the dial given the age of the watch. Case diameter: 38mm. Price: R115 000.
