The focus week is a platform created to connect South African businesses to the Singapore market.

Individuals who trade in the following sectors will be prioritised; Agriculture, Agro-processing, Jewellery as well as, Health and Beauty.

- Continental Tyre Graduate in Training Programme

The Graduate in Training (GIT) Programme is a 11-month development programme starting 01 February 2021. GIT’s will be rotated amongst the various departments and learn about the sales, manufacturing and business processes. GIT’s will be assigned various projects to gain first-hand experience of the organisational structures, processes and products offered by Continental.

Each GIT will be assigned a mentor that will offer guidance and support to them throughout the development programme. In addition, GIT's will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and experts. After the 11-month development programme, GIT ‘s could progress to various talent pools or possibly a fulltime permanent position.

Job Requirements:
Need to be a South African Citizen
Have a 70%+ Academic Average
Team player,
Flexible,
High self- motivation,
ability to work independently and
excellent communication skills both written and spoken.

Disciplines required for 2021:
• 1 x Graduate in Training for Information Technology (Software Development) - A minimum of a Diploma/ B Tech Degree in Software Development or Computer Science

• 1 x Graduate in Training for Environmental Health/ Safety Management - A minimum of a Diploma/ B Tech Degree in Environmental Health/ Safety Management.

• 1 x Graduate in Training for Human Relations - A minimum of a Diploma/ B Tech Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Industrial Relations.

• 1 x Graduate in Training for Finance - A minimum of a B COM Degree specialising in Accounting.

• 4 x Graduate in Training for Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing - A minimum of a Diploma/ B Tech Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
