"YOU'RE NOT READY!!!"

Hardest decision for any "Moral" A&R or Exec is telling a really dope artist that 'they are not ready'. What is it to be ready?? Firstly and most importantly, being ready has absolutely nothing to do with your talent but has everything with the MATURITY (_Emotional Intelligence_), to make potentially life altering decisions at moments notice. It is knowing when to fight for your ideas/beliefs and knowing when to defer.
The value of doing GOOD/MORAL business is longevity.
