Iloni

Iloni is a contemporary jewellery brand, designed and handcrafted by Madri van Zyl in Cape Town.

The name Iloni means “My Joy” – a reminder of why the brand was created: to bring joy through beautiful, thoughtful jewellery. Iloni jewellery is characterised by classic simplicity, understated detail and precise finishes. Unexpected combinations of materials like Silver, silicone and rubber are used to create timeless designer jewellery and accessories that allow the wearer to experience the joy of expressing themselves. Iloni celebrates and complements the uniqueness, strength and spontaneity embedded within each woman. These pieces are handcrafted in Cape Town by Stellenbosch University graduate, Madri van Zyl.

Sometimes, a piece of jewellery carries so much meaning that you don’t want to let it go - you just want to see it in a new light.

Our client came to us with her engagement ring and asked us to redesign it into something that felt more like her. Together, we reimagined the original piece, keeping the beautiful brilliant-cut diamond at its heart.

The result is this simple, elegant platinum band- timeless, personal and made to be worn and loved all over again.
