In Production…
Jewellery production begins with a digital blueprint and moves through a precise molding process to prepare for metal casting.

CAD Design: You create a 3D digital model of the jewellery on a computer. Sounds easy🫣

Wax Resin Print: A 3D printer turns the digital file into a physical wax or resin piece. Don’t break the resin🫣

Sprue and Tree Building: You attach the wax piece to a central wax rod (called a sprue). Don’t burn yourself🫣

Investment and Curing: You pour a liquid plaster mixture, called investment, around the wax tree and let it dry and harden, or cure, inside a metal flask. Darth Vader you need a cool mask😎

And last but not least a very cool goldsmith💎😎
