For 35 years, Charl Venter — owner and Goldsmith of MMJC Goldsmith — has worked with fire, gold, silver and precious stones, creating and restoring jewellery that becomes part of people’s lives and memories. ✨

Now, the story continues with apprentice Tagen Koekemoer, who has been training under Charl for the past two years. Many in Jeffreys Bay will remember her late father, Loutjie Koekemoer of Studio d’Originale Manufacturing Jeweller — a respected name in the jewellery trade for many years. 💛
