Geagte Waardevolle Kliënte,

Baie dankie vir u belangstelling om die krale winkel, te besoek. Aangesien die winkel by my woning geleë is, vra ek vriendelik dat alle besoeke vooraf per WhatsApp gereël word.

Daar is tye wat ek aan die agterkant van die eiendom besig is en moontlik nie die deurklokkie of my foon hoor nie. Ek reageer egter altyd betyds op WhatsApp-boodskappe. Daar is ook geleenthede wanneer ek persoonlike verpligtinge het, soos doktersafsprake of ander noodsaaklike take, waartydens ek moontlik nie by die winkel beskikbaar is nie en niemand anders beskikbaar sal wees om te help nie.

Ek waardeer u begrip en ondersteuning opreg en doen altyd my bes om elke besoeker te akkommodeer.

Dear Valued Clients,

Thank you for your interest in visiting the bead shop. As the shop is located at my residence, I kindly request that all visits be arranged by appointment via WhatsApp.

There are times when I may be in the back of the property and unable to hear the doorbell or my phone. However, I always attend to WhatsApp messages promptly. On occasion, I may have personal commitments such as medical appointments or errands, during which I may not be available at the shop and there may be no one else to assist.

I sincerely appreciate your understanding and support, and I do my utmost to accommodate every visitor.
