We strive to give our customers the very best in quality jewellery. For this reason we offer a full lifetime warranty that covers the workmanship of our jewellery. This covers the workmanship on any jewellery item bought from us. Excluded from this warranty is the excessive wear and damage caused to an jewellery item by external means, usually indicated by excessive dents, scratches and distortion

of the overall shape of the jewellery piece. This lifetime warranty is not transferrable to a second person or entity should the jewellery piece change ownership. The lifetime warranty will also be rendered void if any other jeweller perform repairs or alterations on the jewellery item. We recommend handing in your precious jewellery for a proper inspection and professional cleaning every six months. We will then avise on any repairs or maintanance that needs to be done to maximise the lifetime of your jewellery. This service is offered free of charge on all jewellery purchased from us. With each purchase from us you will receive an official Viljoen's Jewellers valuation certificate stating all the particulars of your jewellery piece including, but not limited to the weight of the metals used, a detailed discription of the stones used and a discription of the jewellery item. We strongly recommend that you have your jewellery insured against theft, damage and loss of gemstones from their settings. We invite our customers to give us their suggestions to improve our service.
