Can you Sponsor a Music Sprouts Access Program student?
This year, there are 38 children eligible for sponsorship. That’s 38 children that showed incredible dedication and commitment to their music lessons in 2025!
The Music Sprouts Access Program is run by the Community Youth Collective, a registered Non-profit focused on empowering the youth of Tsitsikamma. As a new NPC, we do not yet receive any funding outside of small local donations, so these sponsorships are vital to enable our children to continue their music lessons.
A sponsorship payment can be shared between two or more people/businesses, and gives 1 child private music lessons for a year, their own instrument, and opportunities to perform and enter competitions in and around the Eastern Cape, plus anything else they might need to thrive.
Please consider giving a child the gift of music this year 🎶🎻

Thank you to everyone who made this year’s Carols by Candlelight event possible, and a special thank you for all the donations. Guests enjoyed local music performances by the Music Sprouts Choir, Chanel & Mika String Duo, and Shaun & Simba. Thanks to the STORMS NPC volunteers everyone had delicious home-made potjie kos, burgers, fries, and cupcakes. The kids had fun on the jumping castle and getting their faces painted. Father Christmas gave gifts to the local village children and together everyone enjoyed the sing-along carols. Thank you to Gina Wayland for all the photographs. Happy Christmas everyone!
