The story behind Fire 🔥

Fire Manufacturing Jewellers was never just a business name.

To me, fire has always represented transformation.
We are all forged through fire in different ways.
It shapes us, strengthens us and often reveals what matters most.

After many years in the jewellery industry, Fire was born after the birth of my daughter, Fey.
Becoming her mom changed the way I looked at my life, my work and the legacy I wanted to create.
She became my biggest inspiration to finally build something that was truly my own — my own identity, my own way of doing things, and a jewellery business centered around meaning, craftsmanship and personal connection.

Through every chapter, my husband Donovan has been beside me. He has walked through every fire with me and, at times, carried me through them.

Then came another fire — my recent battle with cancer.

That season changed me again and brought life back to the things that matter most: faith, family, hope, love and the people who stand beside us when life is hard.

From that journey, Have a Little Faith was born — a collection of meaningful pieces created as little reminders of faith, strength, courage and hope.

It has also inspired the direction I want Fire to keep growing in: more jewellery with meaning, more personal custom pieces, more thoughtful gifting, and more jewellery that tells a story rather than simply looks beautiful.

Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with clients throughout South Africa, as well as clients in the UK, Germany, the USA, New Zealand and Australia — and every piece reminds me that jewellery connects people, memories and moments across far more than just distance.

Fire has changed as I have changed.
It began with my daughter.
It has been strengthened by my husband.
It has been shaped by more than two decades in jewellery.
And it has been transformed again through one of the hardest seasons of my life.

We are forged through fire.
Our passions rise from fire.
And sometimes, the most meaningful things are created from it.

That is what Fire Manufacturing Jewellers means to me. ❤️
