I make fashion jewellery from beads and semi-precious stones. My aim is to make jewellery that is beautiful, unique and affordable, and makes its wearer feel special. All my designs are original and every piece is a one-off, so you're guaranteed not to run into someone else wearing the same jewellery. My inspiration comeds from everywhere: different cultures and eras, nature, other people and the

materials themselves. All the jewellery you see here are what I'd happily wear myself. My designs constantly change and I will post new items all the time, so please check back from time to time.

General information

Payments: I currently accept payments via PayPal. PayPal lets you pay from your bank account or by credit card; all you have to do is sign up for a PayPal account. Australian customers can also pay by personal or bank cheque made out to Luminous Island Jewellery. If paying by cheque, I will ship the order as soon as the cheque clears. Shipping: All purchases to customers outside of Melbourne are shipped via Australia Post with delivery confirmation. Purchases will be shipped within 2 working days (Monday - Friday AEST) of confirmed payment. If you would like your purchase to be shipped to a different address from the one listed on your PayPal account, please contact me at the time of purchase stating your preferred address. Insurance is not included in shipping costs. If you would like shipping insurance, please contact me before ordering so that the shipping fee could be adjusted. Lumiinous Island Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if insurance was not purchased. Customers outside Australia, please be aware of additional rules, fees and duties that may apply in your country. The time required for the order to arrive and clear the customs varies by location. Refunds & exchanges: I will do everything I can to satisfy every customer. If, however, you are not copmpletely satisfied with your order please contact me ASAP prior to returning the item(s). All items must be returned within 7 business days in the same condition and packaging as they were received. Items damaged by children, pets, etc., cannot be returned or exchanged. On receiving the item, you will be refunded the cost of the purchase or have it exchanged for an item of equivalent value, if you prefer. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the buyer. Additional policies: Customers ordering at least three separate items or any set + another item, please contact me prior to purchase regurding a bulk discount. For a limited time only: customers purchasing a bracelet, necklace, set or multiple items, please contact me at the time of ordering if you would like a complementary gift bag with your purchase (subject to availability). All items are one-offs; once it's sold I won't make another copy.
