Launchety Launch! 🚀

I’ve made a new solid silver chain which I’m really pleased with, nice huh! It’s graduated from 6mm at the front to 3mm at the back and has a lovely substantial weight to it.

This piece comes in four length options. I made four of these in the Summer and since they have sold, I’ve decided to open up a pre-order for these which will be sent out at the end of October.

The oval signet, carved by hand from a block of wax then cast using the lost wax method in recycled sterling silver.
The alloy used for these rings is called AgAIN Silver which is recycled from medical x-ray film!
Each ring is filed and smoothed then given its unique texture by heating the surface until it runs then removing the heat swiftly to create the beautiful ripples. Coburg House

August truly felt like the longest month!

Here’s a little rundown of the month, it was very worky! I’m still ticking off my list of jobs asap, but please do reach out if I’ve missed your message.

I made these earrings with Rebekah McVitie for Coburg House open studios and my mum bought them. 🥰

Thanks to everyone that came along to my events and supported and said nice things! You really are appreciated! ♥️

We managed to decorate the “nook” outside our studio and are feeling very smart these days 🎩

Tracy Wilson and I built this earring display for open studios and we were chuffed with it!

I had a stall at the WestEndFair for 4 weeks. I had lots of great help, but struggled to keep up with the making a bit.

I used the Saturdays as a chance to wear my frocks!

These are new rings for August!

We zooed, this little rocker was very cute!

Ben is still a genius!

We eclipsed! Or went somewhere very busy to look at some clouds 🫠

I made a lovely sapphire ring for a lovely couple 💙

This is pre-stone setting and polishing.

I topped up the glorious The Red Door Gallery - their selection of work is beautiful, I’m very proud to stock with them! ♥️

Tried on all of the purple hats at the Woody & Blue hat stall. What an incredibly talented maker! 💜

I’m loving being back at the with again this year! ♥️

I’ve made lots of these new silver cup jewels for the show inspired by seaweed pods - the organic texture reminds me of the sea too!

Hope you can pop in to see us all in St John’s Church grounds, 11-6 each day, until the 30th of August!

I’ve made lots more of my silver cup jewellery this year, here’s a peek at some of the designs! The beautiful teal beads in some of the pieces were made by my studio pal .mcvitie from sea glass which she has lampworked into beads!
