I had a little buying trip in Paris , a couple days running around this city always leaves me full of joy and inspired and as always I should have made more pictures but nevertheless here we go :

noguchi is known for its beautiful little diamonds of light. These, however, have a different kind of magic , effortlessly cool and elegant! Some of these I bought before but I love the whole family …

I walked by and the queue was gone, so I couldn’t resist popping in. It’s almost a victim of its own success, with tourism taking over, but then again, when everything is this beautiful, you can hardly blame anyone.

Some rings are just very easy to sell.

And then there are the ones where I quietly think:
maybe you should just stay here with me.

This is one of those.

A studded ring, but completely covered in tiny diamonds. Tough enough to have some attitude, but still ridiculously elegant. And somehow even better when you see all the little diamonds catching the light.

I’m afraid I’m not always very good at letting go of the ones I love.

In June, I turned 50.

And somehow, I ended up with the very thing I spend so much of my time helping other people choose: a piece of jewellery to mark a moment.

This one was a PROUNIS necklace that had been sitting very firmly on my personal wishlist for quite some time. It was given to me by my family and friends, and I honestly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect piece.

I get to see this from the other side all the time. Someone comes into the Atelier looking for something to mark a birthday, a new beginning, a big achievement, a wedding, a baby — or simply because someone they love deserves something special.

I love being part of that process. Not just choosing something beautiful, but choosing something that will still mean something years from now.

After all, jewellery has been marking the big and small moments of our lives for centuries. A rather good tradition, if you ask me.

And now I have my own little marker around my neck.

Something beautiful, something with a story, and something I get to wear every day.

So… 50.
I’ll take it.

I’ve been selling this ring for years.
Sometimes I don’t order it for a while, and then I miss her massively

It’s such a simple, elegant design and somehow, it still makes me happy every time I see it.

It’s a bigger ring, but not a loud one.
It has presence, without being too much.

Some rings you just need to see on your hand to understand.
This is one of them.

A few new treasures have found their way into the collection.

Soft aquamarine earrings, a moonstone and diamond ear stack, and several moments where I told myself I definitely don’t need another piercing

But look how nice they pair!!

I always know a piece belongs in the collection when I keep finding excuses to look at it one more time.

One thing I always reach for in summer? A necklace.
When the weather gets warmer, I often find myself overthinking what to wear. Some outfits just don’t feel quite right, no matter how many times I change.

A necklace somehow solves that for me. Even the simplest shirt, dress, or linen blouse feels more complete with the right piece around the neck.

Do you wear more necklaces in summer too, or are you an earrings person??

A small cluster of new earrings just arrived with a client order, the kind of pieces I always end up keeping aside for myself first.
A few are designed with a flat back, like a piercing, so they sit beautifully close to the ear and are genuinely comfortable enough to sleep in. Tiny diamonds, soft colors of tourmaline, subtle details..
I love mixing these with older pieces, making a new ensemble with switching something up.
