When the day you were hoping to be the best of the market doesn't quite turn out that way, but all you can do is show up and make the best of the situation.

While not appearing so at first, the Old Fourth Ward market was a success!

This was a market that we were hoping to see high attendance since the Atlanta FIFA games were happening nearby, but unfortunately it wasn't so. Yet despite the low foot traffic, this was the second highest earning market we've done yet! Apart from attendance, I was joined by my mother who always flies in to help, and was even joined by one of my best friends as well!

This was also the first time we got to set up the new layout of the booth, and I have to say I think its a big improvement. What do you think?

We got to chat with many lovely people, and helped two gentlemen modify necklaces to suit them. When it was slow I was able to take advantage of the stone sidewalk for product photography.

The PR flag mosaic did its magic again and drew in the diaspora. One of whom turned out to be a coworker who hadn't known I had this shop. A girl even said she felt back home as we all spoke Spanish with each other ❤️

We even ended up with a froggy visitor on the second day 🐸 After making it pose near some of the pieces, I released it by a nearby pond.

Goes to show that sometimes even when it doesn't appear like it, you may end up taking different things than what you expected.

Happy father's day!

Thank you to all the wonderful father's who give their all for their kids!

I especially want to thank my own dad who always pushes me and encourages me. Despite not knowing much about jewelry or stones, he always helps in any way he can for markets like the one today.

Thank you for everything youve done for us 💖

A tad late, but better late than never. Even if it was bit by bit, we did and accomplished things for Stellaris I hadn't even considered!

It goes to show that even small actions towards your goal can get you farther than you thought you'd go, only if you believe in what you're doing. And of course, we cant forget those that help and push you along the way ❤️

🎄✨️Wishing everyone happy holidays and merry Christmas!✨️🎄

It's officially the holiday season, and with it comes the "huge" deals for your benefit. While I do agree that if there's something you truly need or have been looking forward to it's best to wait for this season if you're able to, most of the time these encourage wasteful spending.

Your money is hard earned and valuable. Today when everything is skyrocketing in prices and there's so much uncertainty, where you chose or chose not to spend your money can send a message and make a huge difference.

Let's make a change and find things that truly reflect who we are.

First night market? Done and with flying colors ✨️

Slowly but surely testing different markets and improving my layout with each attempt. This time, I was able to incorporate pieces from home that have been with me for years. Of course, the ever famous flag mosaic is at its place of honor, where it keeps acting as an invite for those of us in the US to stop by and say hi.

Some other vendors even asked what we used for our lighting. It's encouraging to see that even in these times we're living in, people still come together to help and learn from each other as we pursue our goals.

I'll be posting more stuff from the music festival during the week, and I still need to give a shout-out to the two ladies who flew out to help me for this market. Grateful that I have people who are eager to help in whatever madness I decide to take part in ❤️
