Happy Earth Day!
I'm making the switch to reusable silverware and giving single use disposable plastic utencils the boot. For Earth day and every day!
Not only are plastic utencils not enjoyable to use (or downright frustrating! ) but they are never recyclable, most of it is tossed away unused and not to mention the cumulative impact of about 40 billion plastic utencils used every year in the US alone.
Opt out of plastic cutlery if you don't need them, as much as you can. Every little bit makes an impact!
